Vote Tuesday, November 2, 1993. Burnsville voters will have the opportunity to shape the future of our community. On this date, the city will hold a special election for a Community Referendum. The two main elements of the referendum are the redevelopment of the Diamondhead Mall into a multi-use community center and a plan for improving and developing numerous parks throughout the city.
