After their wedding they lived on the Grover Doebel farm, which is land now occupied by Gideon Pond School. From 1939 -1950
they lived on the "old John Connelly farm" later owned by Jim and Rosella Ryan;. Then in 1950 they moved to the McNamara farm
and the to Heritage Circle. After years of farming both he and Mary worked for School District 191.
