The 1969 Annual event sponsored by Mary Mother of the Church included: KSTP Newcaster Bob Ryan, Dakota County Commissioner Patrick Scully (who was born in Ireland and lived in Hastings) and music at tv legend Dennis Day. Governor Harold LeVander and his wife and then St. Paul mayor Tom Byrne attended.
