Mrs. Foley was the former Nellie McNearney, also born and reared in Burnsville. The parents of Mr. Foley were from County Clare, Ireland. Pete Foley's son Pat operates the farm. The Foley's answered our request in the Tribune first for an Irish family photo.
Pictured are: Seated - Mr. and Mrs. Pete Foley, Standing from left: Therese (Mrs. Dick Klatt) Rosemount, Mary (Mrs. Ray Murphy) Shakopee, Pat of Savage (Burnsville), Margaret (Mrs. George McDonough) Rosemount, Virginia (Mrs. Kenny Strese) Rosemount.
