The apartments were later renamed Colonial Villa and in 2021 the new owners return to a version of the original name - Connelly on Eleven. The apartments are located on County Road 11 near Highway 13 and the name recognizes pioneers William and Bridget Connelly and their family who farmed the land over the years. Those with farms were Pat and Mary, Bill and Margaret and Jim and Anne Connelly.

Senior Housing Program 2017Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) was established in 1971 and has grown into one of the largest local providers of housing and community development in Minnesota. The senior housing program was created in 1989 as a way to locally finance the construction of affordable housing for seniors. Burnsville has three locations, Eagan four.
