McAndrews Road water tower is in the distance. Development is called 'Southcross Heights which was developed by Sienna Corp in the middle to later 1980's. No real monument to speak of delineating the neighborhood. Many different homebuilders were invited in for it. A definite pocket of affordable homes in Burnsville.
