Albert Ratzlaff dies 1939Various obituaries for Albert Ratzlaff. At the time of his death he lived in Rosemount, but farmed in Burnsville 1900 -1912. A native of Germany, he came to America in 1881 and was united in marriage with Bertha Wagner April 22, 1888. They resided in Woodbury until 1900 when the moved to a farm in Burnsville township. In 1912 they moved to their present farm in Rosemount. He is survived by his widow and ten children-
William, LIzzie, Gertrude, Albert, Adolph, Edith, Ewald, Herbert, Mildred and Christie.

Arthur Ratzlaff 1988August 31, 1988 Burnsville Current: Arthur Charles Ratzlaff of Rosemount died August 16, 1988, he was 83. He was born April 16, 1905 in Woodbury Township, Washington County, and attended Burnsville District 94 schools. He married Rose Visnovec on September 13, 1937. He farmed from 1907 - 1966 in Burnsville.

August Ratzlaff 1996November 14, 1996 Dakota County Tribune reports: August William Ratzlaff, 90, of Rosemount died November 3, 1996... He was born September 18, 1906 in Burnsville and had been employed at a gas station in Rosemont. He is preceded in death by his first wife Louise and seven brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, son Donald, three grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
Internment Trinity Oak Cemetery.

Charles Ratzlaff diesCharles was born February 4, 1893 in Cottage Grove and is shown living there in 1900. His parents were Charles and Emilie Hermann Ratzlaff.
From 1905 - 1920 he and his family is shown living in Burnsville. June 17, 1925 he married Caroline Hagemeister and they lived in Rosemount. He died August 5, 1975 in Alaska, where he is buried.

Charles Ratzlaff was born January 22, 1868 in Lenzen Pommerania Germany...April 10, 1881 he immigrated to America locating with his parents in Woodbury Township. On November 23, 1891 he entered into the bonds of holy wedlock with Emelia Hermann. This union was blessed with eight children, seven sons and one daughter... On October 12, 1905 he came with his family to live in Burnsville Township, Dakota County Minnesota... He served the treasurership of the Burnsville School District 94 since 1912 and was director of the Twin City Milk Producers' Association at the time of his death....
He is survived by his wife Emelia, seven sons - Frank, Charles, Herman, Otto, Arthur, Richard and August.

She had been ill since July and died in Sanford Hospital October 21, 1957. Burial in Lebanon Cemetery... Martha was born February 1, 1896 to Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hagemeister and was united in marriage to Christie Ratzlaff December 12, 1917...
