Concerts are planned for outdoors at the Civic Center Park Amphitheater pending good weather. If the weather is undesirable, the concerts will be held at the Diamondhead Education Center, 200 W. Burnsville Parkway. Bring a non-perishable food item to donate in exchange for a soft-drink.

Costumes were encouraged, meaning skaters might skate next to a zombie, Spiderman or a Pokémon. This event includes prize drawings and trick-or-treating.
